With spring peaking in and out at us, the trees are budding, day lillies blooming, azaleas just starting to open you see why I’on has matured so nicely. When the developer planted the trees on each side of the streets it seemed it would take forever to grow, but many now keep the street shaded and makes a beautiful drive.  Many people love the docks for fishing, putting their boat in water on Hobcaw Creek and being able to get in the Charleston Harbor quickly.

Inventory is at a low for listings, 71 homes sold from March of 2013 til now and 15 are under contract.
