Dear Pam,

We think you deserve the honorarium and title of "Doctor" in that you have shown yourself capable of curing every Real Estate woe we threw your way. You have the patience and wisdom of a good Pshychiatrist, the fine-honed skills of a surgeon carving out obstructions erected by lawyers and, probably most useful, the grace and understanding of a Pediatrician in dealing with sometimes less than mature clients. Like any fine Doctor, you were "on call" 24/7. Your professionalism and "love of the job" were always apparent.

It was a pleasure to be with you. Your unhurried pace and undivided attention make us feel like we were your most valued and important clients. Your remarkable memory and attention to every detail made the transaction virtually painless!

Besides the wonder and delight we feel about our new townhouse we also have great joy in feeling we have a great and true friend in you.

I did not know what to do this weekend with all my free time. No more riding thru neighborhoods or walking thru houses.

We appreciate all the help and time spent with us over the past few months house hunting!

We do miss Shemwood, but are making new friends and meeting our new neighbors. We love the new house and all the extra space!
